Your badge has arrived. Here's how to use it.
A few minutes to install your Greenway toll badge, understand which lanes to use and pay tolls and parking without ever stopping at a booth.

- Read before your first trip
- 1× The Greenway toll badge
- 1× The adhesive mounting bracket

Properly placed, the badge is read automatically.
The badge sits inside the cabin, against the windscreen, near the rear-view mirror. Follow the four steps : allow under two minutes.
Select a clean, dry area of the windscreen, to the left or right of the rear-view mirror. Wipe it to remove dust and residue: the adhesive will hold better.
At the toll, it's the badge that is read, not the bar-code label. Its orientation, facing you or facing the windscreen, makes no difference.
Follow the orange « t ».
Use the lanes marked with an orange « t ». On equipped plazas, you can also drive through the 30 km/h lanes without stopping.
Spot the orange « t » sign above the lane. Slow down on approach: the badge is read and the barrier lifts automatically.
You drive, gantries do the rest.
On free-flow motorways (A13, A14, A79…), there are no more barriers. The badge is detected as you pass under the gantries : you don't even slow down.
- 01
You pass under the gantry
Badge properly placed, it's read automatically. An audible beep confirms detection on board.
- 02
The trip is logged
The passage appears on your Greenway customer space within 5 days : nothing for you to do.
- 03
A single invoice
The amount is debited the following month, alongside your other toll and parking spend.
No beep? Don't panic.
If no beep triggers under a gantry, in the vast majority of cases the badge was still read.
- The passage appears on your Greenway customer space within 5 days, with the trip detail.
- If, after 72 h, a passage is still missing, report it to your Greenway customer service : they check with the relevant network.
- In any case, no need to stop or turn back. You have nothing to do on the road.
The same badge opens the car-park barrier.
In more than 1,000 equipped car parks across Europe : Indigo, Q-Park, Saemes, Interparking : at airports, stations and city centres.
- ON ENTRY
Head for the telepeage lane
Spot the lane marked telepeage / « t ». The badge is read, the barrier lifts : no ticket to take.
- ON EXIT
Leave without stopping
Same lane, same badge: the parking duration is calculated and the barrier opens automatically.
- ON THE INVOICE
Added to your statement
Parking is added to the telepeage statement, next to tolls : a single monthly invoice.
The parking service is activated from your Greenway customer space. Once activated, it works with the same badge, with no step at the time of parking.
Day to day, and if something goes wrong.
-
Track your spend
Passages, invoices and trip detail are available at any time on your Greenway customer space and in the app.
-
A badge that no longer works
Badge properly placed but not detected? Report it to your Greenway customer service, or declare it faulty from « Manage my badge » for an exchange.
- FLEET MANAGEMENT
Freeze or control the badge
Your badge is tied to the vehicle's card: suspend it in one click from the platform, or pair it with your expense policy : without returning it.
-
The vehicle changes entity
The badge follows the vehicle when transferred between subsidiaries: nothing to return or ship, the history stays attached.
